The performance space is the corner unit on 1st and V streets SW. The entrance to the space is just off of “the Corso” – a pedestrian only lane between the buildings.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
METRORAIL
Waterfront and Navy Yard (both on the Green Line) are both about a 20-minute walk (~1 mile) from the space.
METROBUS
The C55 bus lets you off steps away from the performance space and connects to L’Enfant Plaza (Green/Yellow/Blue/Orange/Silver Lines), Waterfront Station (Green Line), Navy Yard Station (Green Line), and Union Station (Red Line). It comes frequently during rush hour and every 20 minutes in non-peak hours. The bus stops running at 10pm (evening performances of DRAGON PLAY will end at about 9:30pm).
CAPITAL BIKESHARE
There is a protected bike lane that takes you from the Waterfront Station (Green Line) to a Capital Bikeshare station at 2nd and V.
PARKING
There is street parking in the neighborhood and a pay lot in the building.
Entrances to the pay lot are indicated in the map on this page. Parking prices in the building vary – usually it is $25 to park, but it can be up to $80 when there is an event at Audi Field.
Street parking is often available, especially along 2nd street.
BE AWARE – Street parking is usually plentiful when there is not an event at Audi Field, but very scarce when there is one.
